Contacting product support

You can send My Care Card product support an email at anytime. From the menu, click Support > Contact Us. A popup window is displayed providing a link to the product email support center and lists the help desk phone number. Whichever method you use to contact the help desk, a Program Administrator can access My Care Card and help you address your issue.
