Editing a member's demographic information

Use the Member Profile tab to edit the demographic information for an existing member. The information is updated in real time and the updates will display on the member profile page

To update an account profile:

1.    Find the member. The Member Profile is displayed.

2.    Select Edit Profile from the list in the Issued Cards title bar. The Edit Profile page displaying the member's basic information displays.

3.    Edit the member information as required. All fields, except the Member ID, are editable. Those fields marked with a red asterisk are required.

Note: Depending on the country you specify, certain fields are required and will be marked with a red asterisk.

4.    Click Save. The Edit Profile page closes and, if no errors are displayed, the Member Profile tab displays the new demographic information.

Important: All address fields (Address 1 & 2, City, State, Zip Code, and Country) are updated in a single real time call. If an administrator receives an error on any of these fields and clicks Cancel before correcting the error, none of the changes to the address fields will be processed.
