Performing a mass block or unblock on cards

Depending on your hierarchy configuration, you can perform a mass block or unblock of all cards at an employer hierarchy level. The application performs this action in real-time so, if a large number of cards are affected, the procedure might take some time to complete. A confirmation message displays when the block or unblock is completed.

To block or unblock all cards at a specific level:

1.    Select Administration>Administrator Tools from the menu. The Administrator Tools page displays.

2.    To change the hierarchy, click the Change Hierarchy link to display the Change Selected Hierarchy pop-up window. You then conduct a hierarchy search.

3.    Click the Mass Card Block/Unblock link. The Mass Card Block/Unblock page displays.

4.    Search for the hierarchy level you want to perform the mass block or unblock on.

5.    Click Block Cards or Unblock Cards to perform that action on all cards in the selected hierarchy. A confirmation message displays on the screen when the procedure is complete.
