Viewing Batch File status

Use the Search Batch File Status Log page to search for batch files and view information about the batch files in your hierarchy.

To view batch file status:

1.   From the menu bar, select Administration > Batch File Status Log. The Search Batch File Status Log page is displayed.

2.   To change the hierarchy, click the Change Hierarchy link to display the Change Selected Hierarchy pop-up window. You then conduct a hierarchy search.

3.   Select the display region from the Select Regions to Display list.

4.   Select the file types to display from the Select File Types to Display list.

5.   In the Date Submitted to TSYS Healthcare field, enter the date of the batch file you want to view.

6.   Click Search. The batch files for the selected date in your hierarchy appear displaying the following information:

·       TSYS File Name

·       Category (Incoming, Outgoing, Acknowledgement, Response)

·       Batch ID

·       Status Date/Time

·       File Status

·       Number of records in the file (# Records)

·       Number of errors in the file (# Errors)

Note: If your hierarchy is receiving more than one file of the same type, they display as multiple rows under the file type with different time stamps.
