Viewing events for a member
The Member Event tab tracks the actions completed by My Care Card users for a specific member. Complete the following procedure to view events for a member profile.
To view member events:
1. Find the member. The Member Profile page displays.
2. Click the Member Events tab to display it.
3. Select the event type from the Search for list.
4. From the Card Number list, select the member's card appropriate to the search. Select "All Cards" to view events for all the cards in the member's profile.
5. Specify a search date by completing one of the following:
· From the Date list, select a pre-defined date range
· From the Date list, select Custom and enter dates in the From and To fields. You can use the calendar control () to specify a date range.
6. Click Search. The events matching the search criteria display in a list.
Note: If there are more events than can fit on one page, My Care Card paginates the events. Use the First, Next, and Prev links to view other pages of events.
