Unsubstantiating a transaction

My Care Card lets you unsubstantiate a transaction that was incorrectly substantiated at the point of sale. Use the Substantiate Transaction page to unsubstantiate transactions.

Important: You must unsubstantiate a recurring transaction before you can remove the recurring expense substantiation.

To unsubstantiate a transaction:

1.    Find the transaction in the Substantiation tab.

2.    Click the Details icon icon for the desired transaction. The Substantiate Transaction page displays in a separate window.

3.    Click Unsubstantiate. The Substantiate Transaction page closes and the transaction status changes to Unsubstantiated.
