Using My Care Card to send substantiation notices
My Care Card can notify members that they must take action to substantiate a transaction. Upon implementation, your organization can provide notification messages for each stage of the manual substantiation process. Monday through Friday, My Care Card runs a process that creates a list of members that need to be notified of their substantiation status and the actions that they need to take.
Substantiation notifications are created as email messages or PDF files. My Care Card automatically sends the notifications to the cardholders using the email address or the street address in the member profile.
