Working with the member profile

The Member Profile provides you with the basic information for a specified account and you can use it to complete tasks. The Member Profile tab is displayed when you find the member in My Care Card.

You can use the member profile to complete the following tasks:

• View basic member information

• Edit a member's email address

• View the cards issued for the account

• Add new authorized users to the account

• Change card status for an authorized user

• View purse information

• Control purse access for authorized users
