Working with Batch File information

My Care Card receives data in batch files every night. The batch files are divided into the following file types:

• Enrollment

• Funding, claims, adjustments

• Standard batch

• Daily outstanding authorizations

• Daily transaction activity

• Customer addition file

As a My Care Card administrator, you can search for and view batch file status data. The Batch File Status Log page lets you view the status of the batch files that are being imported. This page shows the status of each step the file processing for the batch files in your hierarchy.
