Managing your My Care Card logon credentials

You are responsible for keeping your logon credentials secure. Your logon credentials consist of an assigned User ID and a password of your choice. If you forget your password, you can recover it. Cardholder users can also recover their user ID. If your User ID is locked, you must contact your administrator to regain access to My Care Card.
