Unblocking a card
When the issue that required you to block a card is resolved, use My Care Card to remove the temporary block from the card. The following procedure explains how to unblock a card.
You can also perform a mass unblock on all cards in a hierarchy level.
To unblock an issued card:
1. Find the member for whom you want to view purse information. The Member Profile tab is displayed.
2. In the Issued Cards section of the member profile, locate the card you are unblocking.
3. From the Action list, select Unblock Card. The Unblock Card page displays in a separate window.
4. From the The card is being unblocked because list, select the option that best describes the reason the temporary block is being removed from this card.
5. In the Additional Explanation field, type a brief description of the events that made unblocking the card necessary.
6. Click Unblock Card. The Unblock Card page closes. The card is unblocked in real time and the Member Profile shows the card's status as 'Open'.
