Working with a member's transactions
My Care Card shows all the transactions made by members and authorized users over the last 27 months. Transactions are associated to a specific member profile and displayed on the Member Transactions tab. This means that to view transactions, you must first find the member whose transaction data you want to view. This is true whether the transaction was made by the member or an authorized user associated with the member's account.
Note: You cannot use My Care Card to view transactions that are more than 27 months old.
Use Member Transaction tab to review the following transaction information:
Split status icon-
indicates the authorization is for a transaction with no splits
indicates the authorization is for a transaction is split between purses
indicates the authorization is for a split (or "child") of a transaction
Transaction date
Plan year applicable to transaction
Purse used to fund transaction
Merchant description
Amount of transaction
Tip: Payment transaction amounts display in parenthesis.
Number of card used (last four digits only)
MCC
icon- links to detailed transaction detail page (when available)
Substantiation status and status date
icon- links to detailed Transaction Substantiation page (when applicable)
icon- indicates that a transaction is a recurring transaction
