Working with user access
There are two ways you can restrict an existing user from accessing My Care Card. To prevent a user from logging on to the application temporarily, you can lock the account. When a TPA leaves your organization, you can disable his or her user ID by making it inactive. This keeps the user's information in the application.
Locking the account automatically occurs when the user completes three unsuccessful attempts to log on to the application. When this occurs, you have to unlock the user's account before she can access the application.
